"Everything was really good"

"I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were broken. Also had an accent light in the master bedroom that looked like it may have caught on fire before."

"Staff was amazing. Super clean, right on the beach. Thank God they had the water in the fridge outside. I would like for them to have an iron."

"The switch for the hot water heater was not labeled & I had to text the property manager to figure out where it was. Then, once on, the hot water barely worked- it was more like lukewarm water. This made it extremely difficult to bathe the baby. Additionally, there were multiple things broken in the apartment: the shower head in the hall bathroom was broken, the sink in the hall bathroom leaked into the vanity, the shower head in the primary bathroom leaked resulting in low water pressure, the vanity cabinet doors in the primary bathroom were falling off, the fridge had water leaking down from the freezer onto our food. The ocean view was beautiful. "
