Short stay in Gubzburg

Really nice hotel. At the time of staying the weather was very hot which made the room extremely warm at night. It was a good thing they had a mobile fan in the room to keep cool. It was a shame no tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly

The room was spacious for a family of four. The bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. The separate toilet room was the best. The breakfast was amazing, local and fresh. They went above and beyond any other hotel we stayed at in Germany. Wish we could've stayed here for longer. Thank you Vienna House!

Overall a good stay. Staff was nice all around. Room doesn’t look quite like pictures. I thought it was more of a kid oriented hotel but not really. Close to downtown for restaurants. 8 euro to park and breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel after a long day at LEGOLAND. They have underground parking right by the hotel. Hotel is super kid friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great, tons of options.

We went for a short trip to Legoland. Hotel is very well located next to Günzburg market plaz and lots of restaurants. Parking is very easy and the hotel staff was very welcoming and helped in all aspects.

The room is clean and quiet small for two single beds. 15 mins walk to the train station. Contactless payment was not working and was asked to sort this out by myself. For this price, i would have expected a better service or better communication method.

Von aussen macht das Hotel einen sehr schönen Eindruck und wenn man an der Rezeption ankommt sieht alles neu aus. Was mich einfach sehr stört sind Teppichböden. Sie sind zwar sehr angenehm zum laufen, aber sie sind halt Schmutzfänger. Bei uns im Zimmer war der Teppichboden voller Flecken und das Zimmer war auch nicht wirklich sauber. Unter dem Bett war die reinste Staubparty und die Vorhänge hatten Flecken, das Badezimmer hatte dreckige Fugen. Ich verstehe, dass wir mit Hund nicht das perfekteste Zimmer bekommen, aber sauber müssen alle sein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Nur die Brotauswahl könnte etwas vielfältiger sein. Der Park draussen fand ich sehr gepflegt. Wir waren für das Legoland dort und das sind 10min Fahrtweg, was perfekt war. Im Allgemeinen ist es ein schönes Hotel, aber keine 4 Sterne.

Wir haben 2 Tage für einen Legoland Aufenthalt in dem Hotel geschlafen. Lage super. Soweit auch sonst alles in Ordnung. Sauberkeit okay bis gut. Im Bad schon einiges an Schimmelsporen in den Fugen der Fliesen. Was uns am meisten gestört hat, wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Haupteingang…eigentlich kein Problem…aber mit Kleinkind dann schon weil einiges an Gästen beide Abende bis ca. 23 Uhr im Raucherbereich vor dem Haupteingang gesessen und geraucht haben. Dieser ist dann bei offenem Fenster in die Zimmer. Fenster schließen war leider keine Option. Da das ganze einen Innenhof Charakter hat waren die Gespräche der anderen Hotelgäste au in unserem Zimmer sehr laut zu hören. Das Hotel kann für den von uns angemerkten Teil wenig, aber wir wollten trotzdem mal das Feedback dalassen.

Wir sind immer wieder gern dort, da die Lage gerade mit Kindern super ist. Dieses Mal war das Zimmer leider nicht so sauber wie wir es gewohnt waren und beim Frühstück war es zeitweise sehr voll und laut.

Das Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen, die öffentliche Parkgarage steht gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung und liegt unmittelbar neben dem Hotel. Reiches Frühstücksbuffet, freundliches Personal beim Empfang und im Restaurant.

Das Personal in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich. Leider mangelte es aber an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer- Flecken auf Sessel und Boden, Staub und Dreck an den Lichtschaltern am Bett, eine schmutzige Dusche und Gläser, die offensichtlich schon einmal benutzt wurden. Die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels waren jedoch sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber leider schlecht organisiert. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt, während Gäste auf Plätze warteten und sich schlussendlich neben das benutze Geschirr anderer Gäste setzten, um zu frühstücken. Trotz der guten Lage würden wir nicht wiederkommen wollen.
