No one came to clean the room in the 2 days we were opsite, no air conditioner, and a window that didn't open. We slept with a fan with 26 degrees at night, you do. Almost poor breakfast, little stuff and endless waits to reintegrate them. I don't think we'll be back, sure it's that 4 * is not

There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. That would have meant packing everything and going to another building. I love that they blamed their unprofessional noncommunication on the guest. That is simply ridiculous!

Eine Nacht Business Aufenthalt

Top Preis/Leistung. Frühstück ist sehr gut für ein Hotel in der Schweiz. Restaurant am Abend ebenfalls sehr gut, mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Servicemitarbeiterinnen. Ich werde sicher wieder hier buchen wenn ein Hotel in der Region benötigt wird.

Prima Übernachtung am Bodensee

War schon mehrmals in der Seemöwe. Die Lage am Bodensee ist prima und nah zu Kreuzlingen/Konstanz. Ich hatte diesmal für eine Nacht ein günstiges Zimmer gebucht: Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal wie immer freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Lage meines Zimmers auf die Hauptstrasse war nicht optimal... aber für den Preis ist das Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Werde die Seemöwe bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend wieder berücksichtigen - und ein paar Franken mehr für ein Zimmer auf die Seeseite bezahlen :-)

Das Personal ist top. Sauberkeit top. Aber unser Zimmer war Preis/ Leistung nicht gut. Hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, hatten aber eingeschränke Sicht, da ein Gebäude die Sicht teils einschränkte. Die Nebenzimmer waren von aussen zugänglich, so dass die Leute immer an unser Zimmer vorbeiliefen. Hatten eine Sektflasche in der Buchung dabei, bekamen nur 2 Gläser nachdem wir nachfragten.

Nice stop on bike tour.

Great stopover as we did a bike tour with 2 kids on cycle route 2. Very friendly service and high quality accommodations. Breakfast and dinner both very good.
