"Excellent welcome from Reception staff. The hotel is gorgeously decorated for Christmas. Many beautiful Christmas trees in all areas. Top of the line, elegant restaurant. Very nice outdoor seating and mini playground for kids. Pool working and used by many people. Very clean everywhere. Room very nice, big, nicely furnished and incredibly clean. Clean and working bathroom too. All beautiful, the Moody Garden pyramids and the Christmas lights fest just outside, glowing with the wonderful lights. A full A among Galveston hotels. It exceeded every expectation. "

"We loved our stay at the Whitehall. Everyone was very warm and welcoming especially Shirley at check-in and Josh and John at check-out. The room was very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant and enjoyed both meals. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Houston. "
