"Many pools, courteous staff, ample beach lounges, entertainment, and a good variety of restaurants were only part of the greatness of our trip. I would be remiss to not mention the great photography team located in one of the gift shops. We had three photo sessions that resulted in advertising quality photos. So much fun."

"The Hyatt Vivid is amazing! The location is perfect, the staff is super friendly, and everything is really well maintained. The food options were great and the entertainment was a blast. Only thing I’d suggest is having an app to make restaurant reservations and see which places are open and their hours—that would make it even easier. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back! "

Javier (Preferred Bar): So nice, offered us tequila samples, crafted amazing drinks, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Our stay was blissful. The food was consistently delicious, the drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the pools and property were so clean and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
