"Incredible property, in the heart of everything, great staff, great food, great ambiance..I absolutely loved my stsy. Was a bit nervous at first because there is in one restaurant but it’s so close to multiple restaurants that it wasn’t a problem for me…I will return"

"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. We loved our rooms, and most of the staff. The Valets and bellmen were wonderful! We were in town for a wedding (Off site) and they were so helpful with getting our car and all our luggage back and forth! However, they bartender at the bar and the waitress in the restaurant seemed as though they were not from the hospitality field. Terrible service and attitudes. The restaurant was overly expensive for breakfast and I expected phenomenal service which we did NOT receive. LOVED the location and character of this hotel."

"Great deal, wonderful location. Parking was tight and we never had housekeeping in 3 nights there. They said it was a new policy and honestly we thought it was too long of a wait, They did provide extra towels after I went to front desk."

"The hotel had only been open for 3 months when we arrived. There wasn't anything that was a flaw - staff, room, breakfast, bar it was really a pleasure to stay there. Don't know if all Hyatt properties are like this but this will our first choice for a Hotel in the future"

"The price was good, for a nice view of the Beach. I enjoyed myself with the jacuzzi and swimming pool, and the beach. The shower was small and that was about it. Like how the room was set up for a double bedding."
