"The experience was a 5 Star experience. I'm now a member and will return again. The room was so lean and neat, ready. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, very accommodating. I conveyed this to the House manager prior to leaving. I highly recommended. 😊"

"Staff was great! Very professional! The room was always clean. Service at this hotel was excellent! I hope to stay again soon. I highly already recommended this Hotel while in New Orleans! Also, Great location! Was easy to either walk to many places and also public transportation was right down the street! So many Restaurants (including the Restaurant in the Hotel). So many shops to go shopping. I never stayed at this hotel in the past but I am very happy I chose it among so many others!"

"Overall my experience was pretty good - the partial ocean view was great. The only downside would be the parking fee and the resort fee (which are apart from the price Expedia shows). The place is within walking distance to the beach - it's behind the pool - another great feature. The staff was also very nice. "

"We’ve stayed here twice now. Staff is great, the shuttle into town is super convenient (hi Jeffrey!). We love that you can use the kayaks or paddleboards every day. The tiki hut crew is the best! The place is clean and I feel safe walking around there. It’s well lit and easy to navigate. "
