"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "

"We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. There was sprinklers overwatering the garden all day and one day...

Colazione e cena molto buone, curate in ogni dettaglio, personale delizioso pronto a prodigarsi per gli ospiti. Torte e altri dolci fatti in casa per la colazione, cena con portate molto buone"

"Esperienza sicuramente molto positiva. Il punto forte del soggiorno è stata l'animazione. I tanti ragazzi dell'animazione sono carinissimi, sempre coinvolgenti e con grande voglia. Un grazie particolare ad Antonio , Simone, Riccardino, Michelle, Kato (il maestro del fuoco, le sue esibizioni sono uno spettacolo), Ciccio e Tommaso, solo per citarne alcuni. "First of all, i didn’t stay at The Rooms. They put me at one of their other properties, which, if it were summer and I was a poor college kid vacationing with friends, would have been fine. But other than the location and the entryway, this Air B&B was not good! The bedding was old, worn and stained. The toilet seat was broken, the towel warmer didn’t work, the fridge barely worked so my yogurts were warm, the shower was the size of a phone booth and there were absolutely NO amenities!...
