“This is an older property but is well maintained with a friendly staff. If you love the beach and a little room to move around your room this is the place for you. If your looking for room service and modern touches then I wouldn’t recommend.”

“Overall we had a wondeful stay at Dover House, unfortunately the bedroom didnt have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment. It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. Also very convenient that we could leave unclean linen and towels oitside the door which were picked up and replaced with clean laundry very quickly. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you! ”

“This place was awesome. When we arrived there was a welcome basket with all kinds of goodies and info about surrounding restaurants and fun things to do. The beach was a short walk and was beautiful. They had everything you needed and someone was there within minutes if something needed to be done. I will be staying here again when I return to Florida.”

“This property exceeded our expectations! Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. The pool is right outside your door and the ocean is just a few minute walk away. The unit was clean, modern and had everything that we needed for our week long stay to visit family in the area. The communication with the property manager was effortless which made our stay even that much more enjoyable, we did not have to worry about a thing. We will definitely return to this property in the future!...
