" Wir waren als Familie mit insgesamt vier Zimmern angereist. Schon bei der Ankunft begann der Ärger: Zum Check-in mussten wir je nach Person zwischen 20 Minuten und einer Stunde an der Rezeption warten. Dann der nächste Schock – unsere Zimmer lagen verteilt auf die 1. und 3. Etage. Bei 40 °C Außentemperatur war der Aufzug außer Betrieb. Das bedeutete: Koffer und Taschen selbst schleppen und täglich mehrmals die Treppen hoch und runter. Das Gebäude ist – bis auf die Zimmer – nicht klimatisiert....
