"Not very close to train station and on a hill so we took a taxi (800JPY). But Kawagoe (desk clerk) was very helpful. She printed a bus schedule for going to and returning from Fukiware Falls from the hotel so we did not have to go to the train station until we departed. 100 yen store and convenience store within walking distance of hotel."

"清潔で綺麗なホテルでした。 このサイトでは素泊まりプランしかなかったのが残念でした。。。 前日にホテルへ相談したところ、+5000円/人で夕食と朝食を後からつけることができ、現地では朝夕ともに個室で美味しくいただきました。 温泉も24時間入れるため、滞在中に何度も入りました。他の方のレビューにもあるように、露天風呂の温度は少し低かったですが、温水プールと思えば問題無しでした笑。一応、風呂の上の方に温かいお湯が溜まっているため、手でかき混ぜると全体的に暖かくなります。 また今回は貸切風呂も利用してみました（写真アップしときます）。 全般的にはかなり良かったと思いますので、また利用させていただきます。"

"施設、温泉は良いが、夕食会場で人間がサービスする部分はイマイチでした。 ホテル側のペースで食事は提供されます。 他のお客さんのテーブルをガチャガチャ片付けるので、 早く済ませないといけない気分になる。 従業員の私語、笑い声がうるさい。 暑過ぎるくらいの暖房でカラカラになる。 加湿器は欲しかったかな。 お風呂も客室も悪くないです。 なので、残念です。"
