"This is my second time staying at the Mamilla hotel and I love how unique it is. The hotel Is beautiful with character and charm, warmth and elegance. It is mid size which makes it feel like it has a personal touch and the staff know and greet you. It has a trendy vibe and is design focussed with artefacts and antiques in the lobby and common areas. We had a studio room and it was very quiet and comfortable with lots of wardrobe space and Bulgari toiletries. Everything was well thought out and I loved the big bath tub. It would have been nice to have a bath robe but it didn’t matter too much. The room was very clean and we appreciated the turn down service. The blackout curtains were excellent. We had a delicious chocolate cake left for us which could have been as we were staying over the holiday period. Israeli breakfasts are the best but even by Israeli standards breakfast was beautifully presented and there was a huge choice of food. Service was fantastic and the dining room is a beautiful space with high ceilings and views over the courtyard. The rooftop deck has a great view over the Old City with comfortable sun loungers and a water fountain."

"Great stay! We stayed for a week and loved the apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the balcony and rooftop access, and the excellent location with a parking garage right next door. The kitchenette was convenient, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. The staff was helpful though some times took some time till they responded. They did resolved any issues, including upgrading us when we had WiFi problems. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!"
