"The staff were very kind, informative, and helpful. The hotel was great value for money. On the other hand, the gym was very small and the air conditioner in the gym did not work sometimes. The carpet in the common area needs replacement. The management needs to renovate the hotel."

"Most importantly, the room was clean. Indoor slippers were provided as well. The place is a little ways from the station, so be prepared to walk around 10 minutes to the nearest subway station.
