โNeeded an overnight stop on my way to Builth Wells and this is conveniently located just off the M4 near Newport. Refurbish a little while ago and the room was clean and had everything you needed ( inc iron / ironing board, hair dryer, kettle etc ). Bed was comfortable, and the room had A/C.Very little noise. โRooms clean and tea/coffee facilities available. Food first class, 3 star hotel, i would give it 5. Been several times, never been disappointed. All the staff make you feel welcome. One of my favourite hotels. โ
โComfortable bedding, beautiful view of the city and accessible shower was great for my arthritic knees as a chair was available.
Staff were helpful and looked after our luggage well.
Slight improvements could be made on the cleaning due to finding small stains on towels and shower curtain, but everything else including the bed was perfect.

โReally lovely hotel, the lady on reception was great- so welcoming and friendly. Room was perfect just for a small get away over night with a lovely restaurant and beer garden. โ
โA very nice place to relax and just be. Run by very nice people who were always helpful and friendly. Great pizzas on offer were a real bonus, as we're firepits and wood being available. Will most likely be back in future. โ
