Clean room, and very quiet. Great value for money and perfect for my few days in Hereford. Thank you, and see you again soon!

Really lovely! Great diner too. Amazing shower with giant towels. Loved the hot and chilled water in the hallways.

Nice hipsterish place in good location with a parking garage across the street. Recommended

I’m beyond pleased with my stay here. The staff was attentive and friendly, the Wi-Fi connection was speedy and never failed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Everyone was so friendly and eager to be of help in any way. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The food was excellent. When I go back to Bristol, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Overall it was great place. Staff are very friendly.

Breakfast options allowed either simple continental or full cooked. Downstairs bar was cool and area is close to Harbourside..

I should probably have said Classic rather than older in the title but you shouldn’t expect this to be a brand new hotel. Excellent breakfast, great staff and a real pub downstairs. The reception is comfortable, modern and has a nice little coffee bar. Downstairs there is a proper pub and restaurant, Racks, very popular with the locals who I am not sure even realize it is part of the hotel. They have separate entrances but if you aren’t into the sound of people in the street going home from the...
