The front desk responded, but they could only take action by phone, which was not effective. 4. The staff members were friendly. They respond quickly when issues arise. 5. I requested daily housekeeping, but due to a communication error with Expedia, it was not provided on the first day. However, this issue was quickly resolved and wasn’t a major problem. 6. Overall, I was satisfied with my week-long stay and think this hotel offers good value for money.
