This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere in Australia! Old architecture mixed with modern, comfy beds, great location with bar and cafe on the same property. You will be pleasantly surprised- I promise!
A beautifully restored building. Comfy bed, not so comfy pillows. Beautiful decor and great location to access shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and efficient. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a door on the ensuit. Hubby and I have been together for 38 years, but sometimes privacy is needed.
We travelled from Brisbane for a weekend getaway! We stayed at the Oxford on Otto and we were blown away at how beautiful it was and complimented on a wonderful renovation of the hotel was done keeping its historic charm within the area.
We had the premiere suite which was very roomy and had all modern amenities and easy access to the Main Street and plenty of dining options within walking distance. The suite was very clean and we had access to the balcony to watch the sunset with a glass of wine.
The beds were so comfortable and the linen so fresh. We would recommend this place to anyone.
Can’t wait to return
Beautifully styled, clean and amazing facilities. Eco friendly, easy process for getting in, and really affordable. Comfortable bed. Great bar downstairs also.
Amazing place, highly recommended.
This place was not only clean and well maintained. The passcode worked seamlessly, the room was the best Ive stayed in for many years, stylish, large and in a great location.
A hotel conversion that's still a work in progress, but there is little inconvenience. I had a nice relaxed stay over Christmas, including a wonderful night at the Welders Dog Brewery Bar downstairs. The room and bathroom were both very spacious and clean. No reception, Keypad entry - you receive your code beforehand and it's a very simple process to gain entry to the premises and room. There is a communal kitchen and laundry. The room has tea and coffee, fridge. Bed and pillows comfortable, shower good hot water and pressure. Excellent wifi. Parking is easy, right out front. Nice and safe.
Fantastic central location with short walk to everything. Great stay and will stay again next time.
