“Photo of the swimming pool gave the impression it belonged to the hotel, when in fact it was a public lido on the opposite side of the busy dual carriageway and quite a long walk. We would not have booked if we had known.”

“Hotel room was clean and spacious and good amenities. Great roof top pool as well. Bus stops right next to hotel, so easily accessible to reach other destinations”

“The pictures looked much nicer than the place actually was. The apartment was at top floor, but no nice view and the balcony was so small we could not sit on it. The floor and walls were dirty. The roof-top pool (which is why we picked the place) was dirty, so we did not use it as we had planned. There was noise from a school class late at night and apparently no one told them to be quit. Staff was nice and location good!”
