Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. The location was excellent, everything we needed was close. We would recommend staying here and plan to return. We felt totally relaxed when we left! Evenings in the tub, under the stars, brilliant!

Fantastic few days in the apartment, it had everything you could need for a short stay and more. The apartment was close to some great restaurants and shops. Loved the hot tub at night just sat watching the stars and the city views. Would highly recommend this apartment. I hired a car but in hindsight probably would have just used the buses as parking in Malta is a bit of a problem wherever you go.

Nice place to stay

The apartment was extremely clean. It is conveniently located to the Gzira and Sliema city centers. We were able to walk to different restaurants for all our meals. The only problem was the switch to the water heater kept tripping off. When I called the management, they responded very quickly and showed us where the switch was and reset it. But, it continued to go off throughout our stay. We were able to keep resetting it, but it was annoying to make sure to monitor it so we'd have hot showers. Other than that, the room was great and comfortable. The neighborhood was also quiet.

The property was in a good Location; close to amenities (ie restaurants, bus stop, drug store, church). The apartment had most of everything I needed except for a proper coffee maker and enough towels. As for dislikes, the wardrobe was only built for tall people. The fridge door kept opening due to an unlevelled floor. Issues with washer/dryer. You have to constantly (every 2-3 mins) log into wifi. The unit wasn’t properly cleaned. They need to be more vigilant with guest checking out as garbage in a neighbour unit was left and smelled my rental unit.

Very nicely renovated apartment, spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The area is very quiet - we stayed during Easter break, not sure how this is different from other times. Bed was comfortable for me, hard for my husband - you can never please everyone :-D Why 4 star only, you might ask. This is because of the size of the duvet. Its one double duvet provided which is not large enough for two people. This means that in order to cover both of us, both had to sleep in the middle of the bed. It is not an issue if you are used to sleep cuddled but we are not like that. We both like our own side while sleeping and unfortunately neither of us could sleep properly from the other's tossing & turning. Block out curtains are not wide, long enough and you get the sunlight in the morning. Again, not an issue if you are used to this but we are sleeping in a very dark room.

According to the description of the offer in the room there should have been: coffee and tea in sachets, toaster, shampoo, but unfortunately there was none of that.

Good but with issues

Hot water and internet didn't work. I emailed them, had to explain the issues. No one got back to me. Had to phone. Fixed the issue, however the hot water faced again. Great place, but for the money i would like things to work

I didn't like the communication services, it is very bad, when we get into the property people are not helpful with information, they answer and they say that that is not the hotel, even though that is the correct hotel the hotel condition really good

Property name is different than the one showed at Expedia so the driver (arrange previously with the hotel) was not sure about where to drop us. They don’t have a reception and i didn’t receive an email with the code to open the door so I have to call them once we arrived there. We have doubts and wanted to do a late check out and the property never answered, even though they read our message (we can see the ‘read message’).

Jacuzzi on roof

We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. Was a lovely apartment with a double tiered balcony roof. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym was small but good to have as an option (i.e. running machine, weights, etc.). Good for buses into town and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Omgeving is prettig, alles in de buurt. Appartement viel tegen. Groot, maar geen ramen terwijl foto's bij boeken anders deden voorkomen. Geen daglicht vond ik nogal deprimerend. De hele dag door moeten lampen aanstaan. De ramen die er in het appartement zaten keken uit op een soort van " koker" waarop alle airco's uitkwamen wat behoorlijk wat herrie met zich mee bracht.

Appartement propre, belle décoration, mais qu’une seule fenêtre avec vue sur un mur. Matelas inconfortable, prise électrique qui sort du mur, les photos de l’appartement ne sont pas du tout les mêmes que sur Hotels.com, dommage.

Eigentlich soll die Unterkunft 24 Stunden vor dem Check-in die Information zum Selbst Check-in zuschicken. Es wurden keine Information zugeschickt. Bei einer telefonisch Anfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man sich bei denen meldet und die private TEL. Nr oder E-Mail gibt, damit die Informationen zum Self Check-in zegeschickt werden könnten. Die Begründung ist, dass Expedia Mitteilung funktioniert nicht.

Hôtel décevant

Hôtel décevant pour plusieurs raisons. La « suite classique » dispose d’une unique fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure, en fait un boyau de 2x 4 mètres avec 4 climatiseurs (bruyants) à chaque étage, et donc vue sur un mur, sans le moindre ciel à l’horizon. De plus, un bruit strident, long et répétitif à chaque fois que l’on tire de l’eau (ou la chambre voisine) dans la salle de bains. Poubelles vidées deux fois en huit jours, aucun ménage fait. Marteaux piqueurs dès 7 heures du matin dans l’immeuble voisin pour restauration complète et travaux de la chaussée dans la rue. Sinon, hôtel bien situé, bon quartier, commerces alimentaires, nombreuses lignes de bus à 4 minutes à pieds.
