"Excellent place"

"Everything about my stay was wonderful — from the attentive staff to the cleanliness and amenities, as well as the convenient location. I was especially impressed by the front desk staff member Anthony and the cleaning lady Winnie, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-maintained, making my visit very enjoyable. What stood out the most was the professionalism of the manager, Patricia. When I brought up a small issue regarding the placement of a water station in the lobby, she handled it swiftly and with great care. It was clear that the team is dedicated to providing excellent service. I truly wish I could have such outstanding staff at my own hotel. Everything ran smoothly throughout my stay, and I will definitely be coming back. "

"The whole experience at this wonderful hotel was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Such hardworking staff too, constantly rushed off their feet but nothing was too much trouble. The on-site restaurants were great, my favourite was Med-Asia (lovely Sushi) The pool was great and not too busy. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger suite which was fantastic. Comfortable bed and gorgeous shower. The rooms could do with a redo, new carpet/curtains as they were a bit dated. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a joyful time. "

"We did not know much about the area and we were at first a little nervous about how far it would be. Absolutely everything was a wonderful surprise! It was so close and convenient to get around to all of the sightseeing spots. Sliema was a short walk, Valetta easily accesible by ferry. The staff were incredibly friendly. The pool both at the hotel and at the beach club were great, and there is a lot of great food and shopping nearby. For the price point i cannot recommend this place enough. I would skip the discounted breakfast though. If it were free and included it would be fine, but for not much more you can walk down to their Bookish Cafe and get a wonderful sandwhich and espresso. And the food was really just ok."

"Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly. Anything that was wrong or we ran out of was sorted straightaway. We booked a studio suite so had a kitchen (incl kettle, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer etc) so we were able to eat in or out. Ideally placed - 5 minutes walk from a few bus stops. Into Valetta in 15 minutes. Can travel all over the island easily. Recommend the bus card (unlimited journeys for 7 days) Plus fast ferry to Gozo. Pools you have choice of the roof (amazing views up there or the indoor pool and spa. Yes, I know a few reviews have stated they can hear noise, we could (seems to be via doors, especially banging doors) but this wasn’t enough to detract from our stay or remove a star. One of the best hotels have stayed in! Must visits are Mdina (Knights and Mdina Experience), Valetta (Lascaris War Rooms, Upper Barrakka, Saluting Battery, Monestery with secret garden, The Malta Experience) "

"Room was very clean, although we did not have a view from our room, though it did the job as it is in an ideal location just off the strand near hundreds of restaurants and the marina. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was great. View from the rooftop pool area was amazing. "
