"We had 2 rooms and one room the TV didn't work very well. Only got 5 channels. Washer was broken. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. "

"Unfortunately, the property was and IS being 100% intentionally misrepresented. Major renovation/ construction has been ongong and has never been disclosed for online booking customers. STILL! None of the amenities- pool, gym, breakfast buffet, etc. were available. My stay was for 11 nights. I only booked this location because it was a Hilton, for the amenities, and because the rating was above 8 on expedia. I'm SO disappointed in Expedia & Hilton. Renovations are great but they should have to be disclosed. I was on the 1st floor directly attached to the areas- hammers, saws and all. I requested to be relocated to another similar location (same rating, pool, room size, kitchen, etc.) that was NOT under construction with said amenities- even if further away and was told I could do that but no refund would be given for my remaining nights that were paid. It is FRAUD n should not be allowed. On my last day, a huge ROACH came crawling across the floor which I killed, took a pic of, & showed to the manager. Not a good experience at all & finding another place, last minute for around the same price was impossible. That was the only reason I did not take time from my vacation to move."

"The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. "

"The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there "

"My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston Westchase - Westheimer was very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was unfriendly, rude, and dismissive. Later, when I returned with my sister and two kids, we were simply standing near the elevators talking when the same employee inserted herself into our conversation in a very unprofessional way, asking with attitude, “Who parked in the VIP parking?”—which had nothing to do with us. When we got to the room, there were only two towels. After calling for more, I was told I had to come downstairs to get them myself, which is inconvenient—especially with kids. The bathroom conditions were unacceptable. The shower was clogged, and there was brown residue smeared on the bathroom wall, which was honestly disgusting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. Overall, between the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not stay here again."

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was kind. Booked a King with pull out couch. Pull out had no sheets or blankets. Hotel did not seem to have any extra anywhere. Went to front desk to inquire about getting sheet and blanket for my daughter to sleep on pull out couch. He said give me 10-15 minutes to try and find some. After a half hour I called him from my room and was told he was able to locate a blanket but not a sheet. And if I wanted it I could come get it. Quite frustrating that late at night to have to wait around for linens to be able to let our daughter go to bed. Then to be told can't find what you need but I have a blanket if you want it come get it. After a long day what you don't want is frustration and unpreparedness by your hotel. Probably wouldn't choose this place again unless desperate which we were at this point. Also, having only one person on staff breakfast kept running out and coffee ran out as well. With a baseball team plus staying there it was sort of a nightmare to walk into. More staff and awareness is key when you are fully booked!"
