Great hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Ms Huong receptionist gave us all informations quickly. This hotel is located in centre so very easy to go to the beach bar in the evening.

The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful.they were friendly and offered us genuine advice and local knowledge. They also arranged a day cruise for us which we enjoyed immensely. This place is budget friendly and location is perfect to the famous local eatery places. They happily accommodated our special requests. They also facilitate laundry service and I am amazed at how quickly they return your washing all nicely packed. Shout out my special thanks to Ms. Rosey, Mr. Linh and one more young male staff member (sorry I couldn't catch your name)... thank you again from the bottom of our hearts and keep smiling it really makes your customers more comfortable. Hope to see you next time....till then Good bye

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very accommodating and very willing to stop what they were doing to get listen to any concerns, or questions. Hotel was very new and had just opened this year, so lots of new things were going on. The area is very new so not much options were available and due to the typhoon and being in the off season, it was not busy and food and entertainment was not very close. 10-15 min walking distance to the beautiful beach. Short taxi ride into the city where there are more options for food and shopping. Room was large enough for 3 beds, but still new so was missing some minor items, such as seatings in the room. This new area is very beautiful and has lots of potential to look amazing and an abundance of shopping and food.

The hotel is very new and well appointed, clean and modern, good shower. Breakfast was very basic and could not get a coffee two out of three mornings. I would possibly stay here again if I read that the breakfast has improved substantially

The hotel advertises free airport shuttle included. When I inquired about it they said it would be 1,500,000vnd to get picked up from the close airport. When I told them grab was 568,000 they offered it for 1,000,000vnd. I told them they are false advertising because this it not free and included if they are charging me for it. Thew reason I booked this hotel is for the shuttle convenience for my mom. Very disappointed. Change the verbiage in that shuttle can be arranged at a cost...not free.

Booked for 3 different stays for a few nights at a time. Canceled my other bookings due to multiple issues. Every step you take you will find hair on the floor. Everywhere including the bathroom. Kettle taped together with sticky tape and extremely dirty. Snot on the walls in multiple spots. Hairs on and in the bed. Duvet with pee stains on it. Filthy under beds. Entire hotel smells of cigarette. Patrons walk through hotel in corridors, elevator and rooms smoking. Got into arguments over it. Extreme nightclub music outside. Couldn't sleep. Asked to change room in first night. Second room on same night stunk of smoke and woke me up in the middle of the night. Aircon also does the same with smoke. Changed rooms again next day. 3rd room hot water lasted less than a minute. Shower has no shelves and soap and shampoo needs to go on the floor. No toilet roll holder. Aircon didn't work and spat out cigarette smoke as well. Bed isn't hard but not soft. New room had view of a building about 3m away. Last straw were mice waking me up at 4am and me not being able to have warmth in the middle of the night because of the duvet with pee stains. Just couldn't stay here any more even though cash is an issue for me. Stayed in rooms 408, 407, and 305. I paid an extra $20 CAD more and went to a 5 star hotel with breakfast included in a room with ocean views and a gym and pool. Much happier.

Ville fantôme

Je n'aime pas être méprisable dans ces pays mais je souhaite que mon expérience soit bénéfique aux autres. Déjà chambre à notre arrivée sale, donc service de chambre qui revient et là l'enfer, elle nous fait ressortir va cherché l'aspirateur et là je pense que depuis l'ouverture ça n'avait pas été fait. Pt déj à prendre au resto d'à côté, sauf 1 jour mais non prévenu on se fait appelé à 8h20 en nous disant que ça va fermé, avec des enfants pas de beurre, pas de confiture !! Des travaux en face car pour combler le tout, c'est un village fantôme, des milliers d'hôtels vides, une ville vide et 1 resto où d'ailleurs vont les seuls gens qu'il y a. C'est très bien pour 1 nuit et repartir tôt le matin !!
