"Stayed for the 2nd time for a Fenway concert in July. It's nice and dark and quiet to sleep in and a noontime checkout! It is very clean and convenient location to get to Fenway via Uber."
"Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay.
Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.
Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future."
"Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms, the amenities. They staff was incredible. So much space and an area to just relax. Loved that the train was right across the street from the hotel. Made getting around Boston so easy. "
"We stayed here for a night and were going to a concert at MGM Fenway, it was about a 10 minute walk, but it was flat so pretty easy. The room was super nice and renovated, beds were comfy, lots of lights, mirrors and space which is always essential for 4 girls getting ready! I would stay here again and recommend it to others. "
"The staff is professional, polite, helpful and attentive. The parking is extremely convenient and easy and the facility and restaurants were always excellent. "
"I came to Harvard Square with my son for volleyball camp at Harvard University. I was looking for something within walking distance to the school with easy access to shopping and dining and this hotel was perfect! We were within minutes of casual to find dining restaurants, St Pauls catholic church, JFK memorial park and Harvard University. I've read others reviews but gave them a chance despite a few negative reviews. I found this hotel to have an amazing staff that went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and serviced daily. It was ao nice to come back from a long day of sightseeing and/or sports to a clean room with fresh linens. If you are ever in the Boston-Harvard Square area, I suggest staying at Harvard Square Hotel. Don't forget to eat at the Hourly Oyster Bar - the lobster rolls, Lobster Mac and cheese, oysters and cornbread were AMAZING!"
"The Hotel Veritas is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Harvard Square. It is in an extremely walkable location with easy access to the red line subway straight into Boston. I felt safe and extremely at-home staying there. I would have lived a full-length mirror and recycling bin in the room."
907 Main Hotel Central Square, Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy
10/10 Excellent
"Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. "
