Night manager was kind and helpful and apologized about the garbage and dirty room and gave us a new room right away. Morning manager seemed annoyed with us when the gate in the car garage was broken, we sat there for about 10 minutes.

Well to be completely honest. For it to be the Hilton the first staff member I spoke with was very rude and did not make me feel welcomed at all. Other than that it was ok

Rooms are spacious and they were clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Lobby was nice and allowed our group to get together every night and just relax and enjoy. It is perfectly situated, walking distance to lots of good restaurants and must see places. Employees at the front desk are exceptional, ...

For the price they charge they should remodel that whole buliding and out the pool back. Don't advertise you have a pool and it's not there! And why charge the guests who stay at your hotel a parking fee. plus their extra facility fee..rip off
Brookline is beautiful city!
