3/5 - Okay
Night manager was kind and helpful and apologized about the garbage and dirty room and gave us a new room right away. Morning manager seemed annoyed with us when the gate in the car garage was broken, we sat there for about 10 minutes.

Looking forward to returning in the warmer summer months : )
For the price they charge they should remodel that whole buliding and out the pool back. Don't advertise you have a pool and it's not there! And why charge the guests who stay at your hotel a parking fee. plus their extra facility fee..rip off
Brookline is beautiful city!
