"AC in the room was loud, 1 out of 2 elevators did not work and the one that did took a really long time to move from floor to floor (felt like slow motion), door keot getting slammed throughout the night, room doors should shut automatically, but a soft close and not hard slam middle of the night. shuttle to the airport needed to be booked, but they overbooked it (more people than seats and not enough room for luggage), dinner buffet was not worth it compared to the food that could be ordered...
