“This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location. It is located near the Old Town, shopping, and numerous restaurants. The staff is warm and welcoming, daily room service was efficient, and my room was spotless. Because I was on a working vacation, I chose a suite, and the room had dining and living space, as well as an excellent work area with multiple outlets nearby. “Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10”

“Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit. Highly recommended.”

Attention to small things were really impressive -- they helped me with parking my car in subtle but very kind ways. For instance, seeing that my car was small (a VW golf), they suggested using their garage rather than use the paid parking spot.
