"We stayed here for three nights, and it was a real pleasure! Upon arrival, Eva took us to our studio apartment, and we were both amazed at how spacious and well-appointed it was. The studio did not have air conditioning and there was a heatwave when we stayed, however, with the build quality and super high ceilings, the rooms stayed cool and comfortable. Everything about this place we loved and I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you, Eva :)"

"Beautiful property and great breakfast, lady at the front desk was nice. Not a place for foreigners. Walked by my room after a walk to see and hear how the staff called another staff member into my room to check out a event I had attended, room didn't get vacuumed only got towels and the bed made, don't know why the cleaner had to call in a guy to my room I don't think they knew I was the one in that room. Not professional at all. Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner before leaving only...

"air conditioner not working"

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...
