“I stayed at Mount Meru Game Lodge before embarking on a 2-week safari and after 24 hours in the air. It was a wonderful place to unwind and sleep well before the trip. The location was convenient, the staff very friendly and helpful, the price was fair, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the setting was special having been a former sanctuary for game animals. Also, there was an onsite massage spa which was excellent.”

“The host Joseph is very friendly and helpful. The property is very safe, presentable and quiet. Room is large with good storage, comfy bed & functional ensuite. Breakfast is excellent and service genuine and obliging. To get there you drive down a dirt bumpy road, with many local shops. We didn't go into the neighbourhood as transport came to us. I recommend that you have a guide when venturing off in the area or city.”

“This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend Shose if you are in the Moshi area. Starting with the warm welcome from Benson at the front desk to the wonderful service and great recommendations for dinner from our waiter Ismail, we were very pleased with choosing Shose Farmhouse! We were 2 couples and all agreed that the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and the bed super comfortable! Also enjoyed a hot soak in the outdoor tub on the balcony overlooking green fields and Mt. Kilimanjaro...

“When or if I go back to moshi, this will be the place I will stay. Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. Those who run the place are also very pleasant and helped me secure a ride back to the airport for a good price so I didn’t have to haggle anyone outside, which is exhausting. “시내에서 택시타고 들어가야해서 아쉽지만, 2박 이상한다면 괜찮지 않나 싶습니다. 수영장에 사람이 별로없어 이용하기 좋고, 직원들이 모두 친절하고 조식도 잘 나옵니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 없어 호텔에서 해결해야 하지만 가격도 저렴하고(저녁 메인메뉴 4000실링정도로 기억..) 맛있었습니다. 다만, 방에서 3G가 터지지않아 밖에나와서 해야하고(모기...) 샤워기 수압이 너무 약하고;;; 온수가 잘 안나오며, 샤워실에 문이 없이 그냥 개방형입니다.. 킬리 하산 후 하루종일 수영장에있는 썬베드에누워 뒹굴거리기 딱입니다.”
