"My stay there was fantastic, its very near wangfujing street which is full of shopping complexes and FnB. Shout-out to the housekeeper madam 孔卫红, she took great care of our room, restock the amenities and does a wonder daily cleaning. On the first night my wife found the pillow to be too soft so she stacked a bathrobe underneath it, the housekeeper noticed this the next day and place an additional pillow for her without us asking. Wonderful!"

"The room was really spacious and comfortable. The air conditioner wasn’t responding properly but it wasn’t a problem as it was a bit chilly. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with the lights which they fixed immediately. The hotel is at a five minute walk from a shopping centre area with plenty of restaurants and a tube station (Line 5)"

"Our family recently stayed four nights at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, and overall it turned into a truly memorable experience. We did encounter some issues with the room condition on the day we checked in, which was a bit stressful given our tight schedule during a short stay in Beijing. In particular, we would like to thank Eva at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, professional, and handled everything with such care and efficiency. Her attentiveness and warmth made a lasting impression on us. Honestly, nearly every staff member we interacted with reflected that same level of hospitality, and we are very grateful. The location of the hotel is another major highlight. It is extremely convenient—situated above an underground shopping mall with direct access to two metro lines, and within walking distance to major attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "

"The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. There was many shops located along the alley hence it made shopping experience more fun-filled. The hotel also provide laundry service and we are able to get our clothes back by the end of the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel!! "
