Overall the staff is superb, professional, friendly and very helpful, including cleaning staff. However the bathroom needs some TLC, there's weird smell entering to the shower stall, bathtub is cracked and water doesn't flow properly in the sink.

JW Marriott was tip-top from the start to the end. Staff were attentive, helpful and courteous right from the get-go. I was struggling with setting up Meituan for food deliveries and reception was helpful to help ensure that I can still get deliveries without a China number.
