As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood."

When checking in, we were told that we booked a twin room instead of a double room, but our reservation clearly showed Queen bed. Front Desk Receptionists Freya, William and Jessi immediately somved it and upgraded us a a family suite with 2 floors.
