I was so pleasantly surprised by what was offered. I booked an overnight stay on my way to Sapporo. I had no experience with this chain and expected an average service/facility. For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean. More importantly, the room was spacious and very comfortable. All facilities were new, and every item in the room was organised logically to make it easy to use. Overall, a very positive experience.

朝食。 AM9：00前に朝食会場に入ったが、ほぼ食事は残っておらず、散々食べ散らかした後の残飯を食べるはめになった。 朝食はAM10：00までというので1時間前に行くと、冷たく固い5人分くらいの量しか残っておらず、料理が追加されないだけでなく、スタッフ達は我先にと料理を次々下げ始める始末。もちろん料理を下げるという案内は私達になく、そのためほとんど朝食を食べられなかった。 他にも食べている人がいたのに、新しい料理はでない、了承なく並べられている料理は黙って下げられる。 最低。ありえない。腹立たしかった。 もう二度と泊ることはない。
