元祖「オーベルジュ」の名の通り、とにかくお食事が美味しかったです。美味しいばかりではなくお料理の見た目も美しかったです。 夕食は２０：１５から23時くらいまでゆっくり堪能しました。ささっと食事というより、ゆっくり楽しみたいと思っていたのでとても良かったです。 お部屋にはTVはないですが、芦ノ湖が窓から見えて鳥の声が聞こえて豊かな自然を満喫できました。 温泉施設が宿泊棟と別なので、外を歩いていくのが少々不便とおもいました。夜、暗めの段差があるところを歩くのは危ないし雨天時は億劫になると思いました。 それからトイレにウオッシュレットがあれば、もっとよいと思ます。 スタッフの皆さんは、みなお若いのに礼儀正しく素敵な笑顔で接して頂けたので、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。 お食事のサーブの時の説明にスタッフ差があり、とてもわかりやすく説明してくださる方と小さな声の早口で専門用語で説明する方もいらっしゃったのがちょっと残念でした。 また利用させていただきたいと思います。

最高なお料理とお部屋とサービスでしたが、 アメニティやお部屋の備え付けドリンク設備が無料でないのが残念でした。 それ以外はとても素敵でまた行きたいと思います。

美味しいフレンチ。箱根駅伝観戦。

夕暮れの青が美しい。美味しいフレンチフルコースが頂けました。温泉も嬉しい。ただ脱衣所が従業員さん入ってきたら丸見えですので衝立でも欲しいです。テレビが無い夜もたまには良いですね。翌朝の朝ごはんはコーヒーが陶器のポットですぐ冷めてしまったのが残念。1月3日の箱根駅伝の復路スタートも朝食前に海賊船の臨時便が出ており無事に観戦出来ました。帰りですがホテル前にバス停ありますが正月休みの路線バスは最悪の混み具合でした。車無しなら強羅から桃源台までロープウェイでの移動がベストです。大涌谷にも寄れますしね。

とってもよかったです

料理はサプライズ感がありかなり楽しめました。 客室数が少ないので温泉も混まない。 ただ交通面が便利ではないのとコンビニが遠い。他はとてもよかったです。

全体的には大変満足しています。 2点ほど言わせていただくと、レストランテーブル脇のオブジェが置いてあるテーブルに若干ホコリがありました。 あと朝食の際に私たちのテーブルの時だけ料理の説明がありませんでした。料理を売りにしているだけに、そこが大変残念です。

システムのせいか 不満あり

トリバゴ経由でホテルズ.comに誘導されて取ったが 3棟ある施設の中でホテルズ.comの表記にない所に案内された。レイクビューのはずが違う建物 フロントに苦情入れたけどホテルズ.comの仕様です ってだけの説明 ユーザーからは判らないよね そんな事情は こちらはそういった建物の違い 眺望も考慮しての予約だったのにね エアコンはエラー出てて何度かリセットした 寒かったので バスタブは始め栓が閉まらずダダ漏れ ちょっと直して使いました お湯はぬるく 部屋の寒さと相まって風邪ひきました 料理メインのとこですからこんなもんなのか 早々にチェックアウトしましたよ
