他のレビューにもあるように、夕食は急な坂道を上った別館まで行かなければならず、一番近いコンビニも同じく坂を上って徒歩5分のところにしかないのが少し不便でした。 それでも、部屋は広くて快適で、スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉もとても気持ちが良かったです。

フロントは丁寧でした。部屋も綺麗で、コンセントにUSB口もあり新しさが分かる。 ユネッサンから向かう道が、下調べはしていたが迷った。分岐点の先に案内板があったが、交差点にも掲示して欲しい。3階客室は階段しかなく重いキャリーケースやベビーカーは不便かと。

A quiet, out of the way property with a lot of privacy and friendly people around. Lots of options for onsen or foot baths, but i enjoyed the quiet and more exclusive onsen on site. Its a better place to stay if you travel by car or enjoy walking. It's a safe area and if rest and retreating is what you need, this is the place to be.

Beautiful hotel in Hakone! We loved our traditional room. Had a nice balcony too! Loved hearing the birds sing throughout the day. Really appreciated the option of a private onsen to enjoy as a couple. Very relaxing and cleansing. The hotel is next to a beautiful garden that lights up at night. The breakfast was a nice bonus. Also had an amazing restaurant which we visited twice only a short walk away - the restaurant is just beside the Hakone Museum of Art. Felt so pampered and relaxed. Was an awesome way to end our 2 week trip to Japan. Highly recommend!
