Prince Smart Inn Atami
A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

Hakone Kowakien TEN-YU
The property was amazing. We really were taken care of by the staff during our one night stay. I wish we would have stayed a couple more nights to enjoy the onsen which was very relaxing, especially having our own tub in our room to even further enjoy the relaxing experience.
