"Our stay here was fantastic! The rooms were great and spacious and the onsen was fantastic as well! We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and the food we had was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we feel very welcomed here. If we were to come back to the Mt Fuji area we will definitely choose this accomdation!"

"We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. "If you want to hang out at a "college fraternity house" style apartment, this is your place. You are greeted by a can of pesticide, must walk up a staircase that is clearly a hazard, suffer a bath that doesn't work, and a refrigerator full of used condiments. Don't worry, you will receive snarky emails from the owner telling you just how many towels you're allowed to use while you're there. "This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"
