We stayed at this property for two nights and absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Everything we needed was conveniently located in one place, so you really can’t go wrong with this property. The amenities were next-level, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Having travelled quite a bit, I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast buffet, especially the dedicated counter with food options for babies — such a thoughtful and family-friendly touch that I haven’t come across at other properties. Overall, an outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!

STUNNING property with the Hakone Ropeway right at its doorstep. We stopped here for a couple of days of rest & relaxation after spending 5 days in Tokyo, and boy did we love every minute of it. From the serene lobby, the outdoor foot soak overlooking the lake and mountains, to the luxury awaiting us in our room (which included a private open air bath). Honestly, we could not have asked for more. A great little spot to unwind in the midst of a busy vacation!

A fantastic selection of food and drink at breakfast and lunch. Scenery is breath taking and worth the hour bus ride. As we booked last minute free shuttle bus was unavailable. 2mins walk to cable car and pirate ship. Trail walk around the lake. Our one night stay was not long enough. Bedrooms not huge but liked the proper shower
