“Personalet var virkelig imødekommende og serviceminded. Hotellet ligger i bjergene og har udsigt til naturen. Morgenmaden er fantastisk. Der er 2 minutters gang til Nine Arch Bridge, 1 times gang til Little Adams Peak og 40 minutters gang til Ella centrum langs jernbanen. Men hotellet har også en tuktuk, de gerne kører dig rundt i uden ekstra omkostninger. Vi havde et virkeligt fantastisk ophold.”

“spotless rooms, comfortable bed, really helpful and friendly staff with good breakfasts. be aware the hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill, we enjoyed the walking but maybe consider using a tuktuk if you're not a fan! overall this was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka”

“The Staff were extremely helpful. We got a pot of coffee and tea upon our arrival. The staff also gave us two umbrellas in case we go out in the city and it starts raining. On the day of the checkout, we requested some to-go breakfast and they happily complied. They packed us extra pair of sandwich and a cup full of fruits and some whole fruits as well. Could not have asked for more. Thank You Carnation Rest”

Clear directions provided prior to arrival, quick check-in and warm welcome provided. The 2 story villa is cosy and comfortable with all necessary amenities provided including coffee machine, microwave, fridge, usb speaker, sofa, dining table, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a wow factor and the beds were super comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4...
