“Quiet room though we were on the ground floor and had no view. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine; the best onion bhajis of my life so they are THOROUGHLY recommended. “Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. “Good comfortable bed and spacious room/suite. Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Not so good, allocated wrong room type, corrected when raised with the hotel. Correct room had very obvious damage which no attempt had been made to repair, when raised was told no other rooms available with an apology.”
