"Clean and no frills hotel used during our road-trip through Iceland. Received instructions on how to pick up keys at a different location. We didn't realize that the bathroom was to be shared (knew about the kitchen). Water temperature was confusing as it immediately became extremely hot and then cold if you are not careful."

"Overall, this was a very nice hotel with a good location, and the breakfast was especially good. Our only confusion was about the water supply. At check-in, we were told that a pipe was broken and under repair, and a note in the room asked guests to “use water wisely.” However, we had running water throughout our stay. We understood that supplying water in such a remote location may be difficult, but clearer information would have been helpful."

"Amazing hotel and a truly unforgettable experience. Beautiful Nordic design with large windows and spectacular views. The food is excellent, and having the hot tub and sauna available after a day of exploring Iceland was perfect. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. One of the highlights of our trip!"

"Super cute & clean place to sleep for the night. My only complaint was that the time breakfast was scheduled for was not accurate & I didn’t have much time to eat before leaving, so I wasn’t able to really get my moneys worth for what I paid for & options were limited. I would stay here again just maybe not opt in for breakfast in the am if you have plans right away."

"Such a great space!! The sleeping loft could have used a curtain to help block out the sunlight but other than that it was a great space! Loved the waterfall behind the house and easy drive to the glacier lagoon."
