“The staff were very nice. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The Parking was great and there are many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Krave Bistro on Elgin St. The food is fantastic!”

“Safety is apparently not a priority to the GM at this hotel. I had too separate issues with my door and the staff, Expedia and the GM of the hotel were dismissive of my concerns. No apology, no "thanks for letting us know, we will look into it", zero acknowledgment or concern for safety - the focus was only on their policy. Unreal. Will never stay at this hotel again or this chain for that matter. Surprised Expedia didn't do more either.”
