"Hotel was in a convenient location. I was not impressed that we were notified of the ongoing renovations to the building after we had already booked a nonrefundable stay. We endured two sleepless nights due to noise from other guests partying in the hallways,(hockey teams) staff was unable to relocate as there was limited room selection due to the reno’s. The staff were friendly and empathetic, but our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. The parking fee was waived as compensation. "

"Did not have breakfast however hotel staff is amazing. Hotel is great. There were kids in the hallway and we didn't hear them until out of our room. Please don't believe Expedia when they say there is ONSITE parking or Airport shuttle for this hotel as there is not. The valet parking was totally worth it."

"I read a review that suggested the rooms were 'dated', and that matches our experience. Closet doors were removed, the bolts for shower cutain rod were falling out, the sofa-bed mattress was well used. Worse however, it seems like the staff are used to that standard. It took three calls to get a complete set of bedding for the sofa bed, and when we finally got sheets, they were damp. Other complications were met with a shrug and 'oh that's too bad'."

"The Hampton Inn was an incredible experience that i would highly recommend any one can try. The amenities are great, the presentation is exquisite and most of all, the staff are wonderful. In particular Lika and Kiran who are outstanding and went above and beyond to make my stay so delightful and i am very grateful to them! All in all, strong recommendation to stay here and cant wait to do it again!"

"The place was very clean, and they had lots of options incase you needed anything. However my family went swimming at 9pm (the pool closes at 10pm) and there were no towels. We went and asked for towels so we wouldn't have to drip through the hotel wet, from the worker and she said "yeah I'm not getting any new towels," and she walked away from us. So we had to walk wet through the hotel and it wasn't just us that were in there without towels. We also had a to endure the smell of cigarettes in our room because the person beside our room decided to smoke in their room and there were not repercussions. "
