"The hotel staff eere very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage at the reception after check out. The hotel was clean but a bit old. The location is not ideal, while it is in a safe area, getting to some attractions can be a long and tiring ealk if you are not renting a car or using public transportation. Overall, it offered good value for money and was a solid budget friendly option."

"Our stay at Cambridge Suites Halifax was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the level of customer service exceeded all of our expectations. The front desk team was outstanding. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer any questions or accommodate our requests. When our plans changed at the last minute and we wanted to visit Peggy’s Cove, they immediately organized everything for us, including shuttle transportation, making the entire process effortless. The location couldn’t have been better. We were within walking distance of the waterfront, fantastic restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to see and do in Halifax. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including coffee, complimentary bottled water that was replenished daily, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. We were travelling as a large family, and housekeeping was always happy to provide extra towels without hesitation. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of food for everyone. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and water available in the lobby. After walking back up the hill from the waterfront with our large group, it was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated. It’s rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression, but Cambridge Suites Halifax truly delivered."

"we had been 2 days thr with my family ,i dont have any complaint on anything or any other staffs they were all fab and so friendly. Beside the young girl at the reception who for me was a bit cold and not welcoming at all upon my check in . we had almost 4 hours drive from cape breton to reach the hotel and getting such cold welcoming from a front staff which was suppose to be very friendly is not fine for me . she upgrade my room and when i try to question her about it and my previous reservation she was not happy to give me explanation . i could understand that the time i did my check in may be she was tired bcz it was late ,but just after me she immediately start smiling and talking vry nicely with the next guest . i have paid equally and i think it my right to get an equal welcome . i dont want to be harsh but this little thing spoil my mood completely but else all the other staffs were just fab ,there were a lady in the morning shift i think she Should be the manager and she was amazing ."

"The room was small and very minimal. It needed some form of countertop under the TV or something to give you more space to set things. Only having one window made it feel a bit too closed off. The bed was fine. The A/C worked well. The hotel itself was nice and modern. The room was clean. I would stay again, but not in a single queen room. I would get a room with two queens, just to, hopefully, get a bigger room."
