โThe location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places.
The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls.โ
โOne night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. This is my second stay in a 10 month period since I had such a comfortable stay for a few days staying here in August 2023.โ

Our stay was truly wonderful. Chef Pankaj and his F&B team, especially servers Akshit and Harman, were outstanding. The food was delicious and freshly prepared to our preferences.
The General Manager, Mr. Ishprit, and Mr. Piyush at the front desk were extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs โ their service was excellent.
The only area that could use improvement is the overall cleanliness and the air conditioning,

The hotel has lots of tuktuk drivers nearby and close to golden temple. โ

โThis hotel is such a comfortable option super close to Darbar Sahib. Excellent location, very clean rooms, great AC, and working elevator. Very comfortable. Only issue we had was the shower leaked a bit but nothing major. โ
โI was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. Itโs a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast.โ
