All the staff were so kind and very helpful. They helped us with tours,directions, and even ways to save money on the tours we wanted. We were given a ver nice room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious.

Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful. Staff very helpful, pleasant and professional.

The apartment was very cute & clean. We arrived after dark so it was a bit difficult to get into the unit. Very detailed instructions (w/ pics!) were given but it was dark in staircase & courtyard & using a cell phone light on silver lock box dials made things complicated. In our foggy, traveling brains, we thought we were getting keys from an office door & didn't realize it was our actual unit but a neighbor guided us. The description & details are accurate - the ceiling upstairs is 6' tall, my husband's head rubbed the ceiling. The stairs going up to the bed are very, very steep. We were both so nervous we would fall in the middle of the night if we went downstairs for the restroom so we ended up using the super comfy, fold out couch in the living room. There were even extra blankets and pillows stored inside the couch! The washer/dryer takes 2 1/2 hrs to wash & dry, plan accordingly. It is made for small loads so do not expect to dump a suitcase worth of clothes into one load. It was nice to have the convenience though. The neighborhood was a good central location and we felt safe walking around.

Best hotel in Budapest for price, location, decor and front desk staff... I highly recommend!
