I was to check in late and reported that many days in advance, but did not receive any instructions. Had to call again to remind before I got the details. Room was in different condition - bed was clean and nice, other furniture's was dirty and a bit broken. Shower was not completely clean either

The place was fine but the pictures on the site are misleading. We booked the larger room, and paid a little bit extra for it, but we got a very small room. Some of the pictures really look like someone’s apartment and maybe you can rent that, but if not the largest room, where was that option on the website? The bathroom had hair left from the previous guest and wasn’t very clean. But the room served it’s purpose fine and though I never got a text at checkin like I was supposed to and we had to call them, they were very responsive when we called or messaged them. They had a pile of games one could play as well! That was nice!
