"Great communication, easy to check in. Unfortunately there were hairs all over the bed. There was a leftover coffee pad in the coffee maker and we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Near a lot of restaurants and stores."

"Very steep unpaved access. If you have fear of heights this may cause problems getting in and out. Didn’t have Body wash on arrival. Day 2 we found they have entered and put body wash in which is a violation of privacy — entering room without permission when we were out!!! Could not take shower first night. Didn’t deliver body wash until day 2. View is great. "

"This hotel is very clean and cozy. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, also very cozy... The type of place that a person would feel perfectly comfortable eating alone in. There is also a beautiful bar and lounge area at the back of the property. Friendly staff, great location in the heart of the city. When I return I would not even consider staying anywhere else."
