“CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy. Refrigerator was in poor working order. Fixtures were poorly installed. PROS: Location was convenient to amenities and places of interest. Would not rebook however.”

“When we 1st arrived we were unsure what to think. Once in our condo, that is up on the 4th floor, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, simply decorated, well stocked the condo was. Everything you need in the kitchen, dishes, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, pots n pans, seasoning, etc. Bathroom had plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, soap. On the balcony there were two chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air, a huge Rubbermaid tote with snorkeling gear & sand toys,...

“It took us 3 hours driving back and forth to get to our property. Our host did not give us clear instructions on our apartment. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. ”

“We had a great stay at The Shores; loved the grill and pool area and the neighborhood. Our unit was a studio, which we expected and were fine with. What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company.
