"Property is gorgeous with beautiful views! Staff were accommodating and helpful! Water filling station in lobby never worked. The boats weren't working and the monorail was so slow that you had to walk to your tower or the pools, etc. It's a lot of walking, which I didn't mind, but some people were walking with canes and walkers so it seemed inconvenient for them. The food options were way over priced. I suggest you eat off site. For the price we paid I expect room service everyday, but they only provide every other day."

"This place was a true gem!! It was so homey and very clean. The staff on site were friendly and helpful. The outdoor shower was my favorite part of the entire house. Highly reccomend and would stay here again!"

"We have stayed there twice, already planning our third visit. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant. Ocean view was amazing. My only negative statement would be, it does not make sense having parents’ breakfast included, but paying for kids for buffet breakfast (would be better if breakfast was included for whole party)"

"Absolutely loved everything about the Fairmont Gold experience. I would sincerely recommend staying with a Fairmont Gould, as there was an amazing breakfast, great staff, own concierge, nicer floor.. the food options for breakfast or actually a great money saver with really high-quality food versus going to the restaurants. Amazing food options at the hotel, great amenities. Snorkeling in the lagoon with sea turtles and hundreds of tropical fish. Luau on property."
