Sie taten alles, um meinen Komfort zu gewährleisten, und erlaubten mir sogar, nach dem Auschecken noch eine Stunde länger zu bleiben, ohne dass zusätzliche Kosten anfielen. Obwohl ich meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen habe, muss ich einen Stern von der Bewertung des Personals abziehen. Meiner Meinung nach hätte die Gastgeberin die Zahlungssituation...

“The stay was great! Very friendly hosts that went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The only thing I'd say is to be sure you plan ahead if you will rely on public transportation, as bus schedules can be limited on weekends/evenings. Additionally, securing a rideshare can be difficult as well due to the remote location. However, if you speak German, it's rather easy to call the RMV to reserve busses after hours, but you must do so 60 minutes in advance :) Overall a great experience and...

“We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”

“その日は早朝にフランクフルト空港に飛行機が着くのでそのままコブレンツへ向かい、チェックインはできないと承知していたが、せめて荷物は預かってほしいと願っていました。当日は雨も降って、不安の中ホテルに入りましたが、とても快く迎え入れてくれて、朝早い時間にもかかわらずチェックインもしてくださいました。本当にうれしかったです。ありがとうございました。部屋はこじんまりとしていましたが、掃除も行き届いていて快適に過ごすことができました。朝食も係の人も愛想がよく、種類も豊富で素晴しかった。”
